As I anticipated, a 0.2.1 version will be needed with some bugfix after a player had a crash due to some misnaming in the levequest system. Everything is ready but I’m not currently home so that’ll wait until Monday. In the meantime, if you saw any bug feel free to report it ! 

I mentioned last week that I was planning to add an equipment system, so what I did I mean by that ? Well, obviously I won’t add as many slots as in the original game so instead each job would have a weapon to boost attack, an armor (as a single item) to boost defense and an accessory for additional effect (restoring HP each turn, having a chance to nullify damage, less cooldowns on skills, etc.).

For that purpose I’ll add three new crafting jobs : Blacksmith (to make Machinist guns), Carpenter (to make Dragoon spears) and Goldsmith (to make Black mage scepters, as well as accessories). Armors and their corresponding crafting jobs will come in later updates.

Even keeping it basic, that should add some depth to the RPG aspect. Equipment would be sold at a higher price to encourage crafting, and there would be no level requirement (meaning you could equip a Lv. 30 Spear on a Lv. 1 Dragoon for a faster leveling experience)

The biggest hurdle will be to re-balance the battle system around these changes, but I’m not too worried. The reason I plan to focus on this first is to give me plenty of time to test.
